Day 1: Guwahati to Shillong | Umiam Lake

Day 2: Shillong City | Cherry Blossom Festival – Day 1
Start the morning with breakfast before exploring Shillong.

Later in the afternoon, proceed towards the Cherry Blossom Festival venue.

Day 3: Shillong Exploration | Cherry Blossom Festival – Day 2

Later, return to Shillong and get ready for the second day of the Cherry Blossom Festival.

Day 4: Shillong to Cherrapunjee | Nohkalikai Falls & Mawsmai Caves
After breakfast, begin the scenic drive towards Cherrapunjee through winding mountain roads, misty valleys and dramatic viewpoints.
Visit Nohkalikai Falls and enjoy views of one of Meghalaya’s most iconic waterfalls.
Continue towards Mawsmai Caves and explore the fascinating limestone formations and narrow cave passages.
Later, proceed towards your Cherrapunjee stay, check in and relax with the group.

Day 5: Double Decker Living Root Bridge Trek
Begin early with breakfast before driving towards Tyrna Village, the starting point of the Nongriat trek.
Start your trek through dense forests, traditional village trails, suspension bridges and thousands of stone steps.
Pass through Nongthymmai before reaching Nongriat and the iconic Double Decker Living Root Bridge.
Spend some time enjoying the bridge and surrounding rainforest before beginning the climb back towards Tyrna Village.
The trek is physically demanding and requires suitable fitness and comfortable walking shoes.

Day 6: Dawki | Umngot River | Mawlynnong | Shillong
After an early breakfast, check out and begin your journey towards Dawki.

Later, continue towards Mawlynnong and walk through its peaceful village lanes, gardens and bamboo pathways.
